The first variant of the investment foresees purchase of 49% stake in the venture (Venture Capital) and its
profit - the minimum required net contribution of EURO 2.5 million, or Join Venture and less investement -
The second variant foresees total sale of the project with full documentation (see
above) with the release of a set of copyrights and know how.
